Le Plateau :
Le Plateau is absolutely stunning and one of the best places to visit in Ivory Coast. and it just so happens to be surrounded by water. At the center of the area, you’ll find St. Paul Cathedral. However, you can also enjoy Le Musée des Civilisations de Côte d’Ivoire, take in a football match at Stade Félix Houphouët Boigny, or enjoy one of many eateries.

Treichville :
One of Abidjan’s ten communes, Treichville is considered the city’s primary shopping district. From traditional African bazaars to upscale Farmer’s markets, you can find everything from food and textiles to clothing, souvenirs, and jewelry.
Zoo Nationale d’Abidjan :

Grande Mosquee du Plateau
One of the largest Muslim religious sites in the region, the Grand Mosque of Plateau, is unfinished but still welcoming daily visitors. Construction started back in 1996, and has resulted in a rich facade, tall minarets, and a beautiful blue dome with marble floors. Just keep in mind that tradition prevents women from entering the Mosque itself.

The Bini Lagune is a relatively new ecotourism site located in Cocody, Abidjan. With lush vegetation and a commitment to solidarity tourism, you can enjoy a 7 km hike, a lagoon-side lunch, and a canoe trip among the stunning scenery.

This Catholic minor basilica in located in Yamoussoukro, the administrative Capital of Ivory Coast. The Guinness Book of World Records currently lists it as the largest church in the world, having beaten Rome’s St. Peter’s. Located atop a hill, it is a sight that has to be seen to be believed.
La Cascade de Man:
Take a break from the heat in the pools of Les Cascades de Man, where water cascades down the moss-covered rocks. The waterfall is truly a paradise, surrounded by a bamboo forest with butterflies, dragonflies, and endless colorful plants.
Grand Bassam:
Grand-Bassam is a resort town situated just outside Abidjan. It boasts one of the most popular beaches in the country, a colonial French old town, and loads of beautiful homes. While there, you absolutely must see The National Museum of Costume, which houses various displays of traditional dress.
Yamoussokro:
As one of the country’s capitals, Yamoussoukro is a must-see. It features the Basilica of Our Lady Peace as well as countless restaurants and entertainment venues. The city is also the birthplace of 20th-century president Félix Houphouët-Boigny. You can even visit his former palace, which features a lagoon filled with crocodiles.
San Pedro:
The second-largest port in the country, San Pedro’s Spanish name stands out in this former French colony. Not only is it a hub for trade and tourism, but it boasts some of the most beautiful seaside scenery in the country.
